In other to alleviate the inability of people accessing the justice system as a result of distance, cost and procedural technicalities, administrative bodies such as the Commission for Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) and the Labour Commission were established to make justice more accessible and more affordable for majority of citizens.
However, not many people especially those in the rural communities are aware of existence CHRAJ and those that are aware of it do not know or understand its mandate and how to access it.
