THE RIGHT OF THE GHANAIAN WORKER

BY: JOHN YAW OPOKU

This booklet is the result of a presentation at a seminar organized by the Maritime and Dockworkers Union (MDU) for some of their workers at Tema in May 2001. It was a huge learning experience and it also indicated the need to inform workers of their rights at the work place. The booklet therefore presents in simple terms the basic right of workers at the work place.
